Did you know that ALUCC has a long history of providing dinner the third Saturday of each month for residents at Lorain County’s only homeless shelter? A very small group of dedicated church members gather at our church kitchen at 2:00 for about an hour on that third Saturday to put together a meal. They could really use more help! Do you have an hour to help with meal prep and spend time with others in fellowship? How about bringing in a dessert, cookies/brownies/cupcakes etc., by noon on third Friday of the month and mark it for Haven Center. A small gift of time and or a dessert would mean so much for this mission! Thank you!
As part of the 2021 Annual Meeting, and the financial and mission reports of the church, we are proud to share that $244,000 in donations were made to agency partners in Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties because of your generosity and the success of the Good Neighbor Thrift Shop!
